Inhouse Broadcasting Inc. — Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Inhouse Broadcasting Inc. ("Inhouse," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our commercial background music service ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Service is intended solely for use by businesses and commercial establishments in Canada. By using the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization to this Agreement and are at least the age of majority in your province or territory.

Inhouse Broadcasting provides a background music service via licensed internet streaming. Our plans include:

• Standard Plan: 10 curated music stations
• Custom Plan: 10 curated stations plus one custom station

Access to the Service requires purchase of a proprietary streaming device.

To access the Service, clients are required to purchase our designated streaming device for $399.99 CAD (plus applicable taxes and shipping). The device is configured for our system and is essential for Service activation. Installation is not included but may be coordinated through our affiliated integration company, IHB Systems Inc.

Inhouse Broadcasting covers all required licensing fees under Canadian regulations through SOCAN and Re:Sound. Clients are not responsible for obtaining additional public performance licenses when using our Service as intended.

• Monthly: $29.99 CAD (Standard) / $34.99 CAD (Custom)
• Annual: $299.99 CAD (Standard)
• Three-Year Plan: $799.99 CAD (Standard)

All payments are billed in advance. Annual and three-year plans are non-refundable. Payments are non-transferable.

Clients agree to:

• Use the Service only on their business premises
• Not reproduce, rebroadcast, or alter the content
• Maintain reliable internet connectivity

The Service may not be used for:

• Events requiring paid admission
• Fitness classes or live performances
• Any endorsement or advertising involving music content

All content and technology provided by Inhouse Broadcasting remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit the Service or its content without written consent.

We reserve the right to update or modify the Service and its content at our discretion. This may include station updates or device firmware changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.

We may suspend or terminate your Service at any time for:

• Non-payment
• Breach of terms
• Unauthorized use

Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds will be provided beyond initial 30-day grace period for long-term plans.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Inhouse does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the presence of specific music content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inhouse Broadcasting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inhouse Broadcasting, its affiliates, and service partners from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC.

Client data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, use, and storage practices. 

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
